Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal or higher value.
Additionally, the substitution of containers and certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays.
In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
When you select a "No Substitution" request when placing your order, many times this delays the process of expediting your order. Even if only one type of flower or color choice out of the many in your chosen bouquet is unavailable, we cannot in good faith fill your order and a delay is inevitable, many times adding a day before delivery.
